Cameron is an associate producer here at WJCL FOX 28. And while you won't see her on the air, she still has a hand in the day-to-day production of our 6:00 show: helping reporters collect information, preparing visual elements of the show, and sitting behind the scenes at 6:00 to make sure it all goes off without a hitch.
Before moving to Savannah, Cameron grew up in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia, where she majored in English and magazine journalism. While in Athens, she worked at the student newspaper, The Red & Black, as both a reporter and editor.
Shortly after graduating, though, the opportunity to work in Savannah came knocking, and while it isn’t exactly what she had planned on, now that she’s here, she’s loving getting to know the television industry as well as the beauty and history of Savannah.
