Two men are in the hospital after a double shooting midtown Savannah. Around 3:00am Jason Statts and David Williams had just gotten out of separate cars in the 600 block of  East 48th Street. According to witnesses,  they were approached by two other men who asked if they needed anything. The victims said no and moments later they were both shot in the neck.  Police say a single bullet was fired. It went through Statt's neck and then hit Williams in his neck. Statts' injuries are not life threatening.  Williams was taken to surgery to have the bullet removed from his neck. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 234-2020.
