Bacon Park Residents got a little dirty doing some spring cleaning. Residents took part in the Great Savannah Cleanup to keep their neighborhood beautiful. The cleanup activities began at the corner of Betty and Bona Bella. Alderman Mary Ellen Sprague unveiled a new adopt a spot sign followed by a proclamation presentation from Keep Savannah Beautiful. Flowers were planted and volunteers picked up litter and debris. Organizers also cleaned up a neighborhood sign off of Theresa and Skidaway Drive. The Great Savannah Cleanup runs through May 31st.
