They say it's the most romantic day of the year. This evening 23 couples decided to keep tradition and Tie The Knot On Tybee. It's an annual tradition that started three years ago by wedding coordinator Stephen Palmer. Couples say their "I-do's" and then take part in a big reception afterwards on the Tybee Pier. The night wasn't just for newlyweds, 22 couples decided to renew the wedding vowels tonight. "It's going to be very romantic, and very emotional, I think with the other people getting married, she'll cry, we walked down the water, and the little kids had drawn hearts in the sand, so it's very sweet, very romantic," said Laura and Neal Panhuyzen who've been married 11 years.
City Market also held its vow renewal ceremony tonight.
