Savannah Chatham County Public School System is currently undergoing the massive undertaking of updating school attendance zones.

Changes are necessary due to population shifts over time, the scheduled opening of newly constructed schools, and the planned introduction of additional dedicated schools and changes in grade spans at several existing schools.

During their first round of public meetings, SCCPSS listened to your opinions and concerns regarding the SCCPSS attendance zone update through a series of community meetings.

Based on your input, draft plans of proposed new attendance zones will be made available and on display to the public in a series of upcoming sessions held in various locations. You will be able to view the proposed attendance zone updates, and provide feedback to district officials.

Sessions will be held from 3:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of the following locations:

Monday, February 8 - West Chatham Middle School
Tuesday, February 9 - Mercer Middle School
Wednesday, February 10 - Hubert Middle School

Tuesday, February 16 - Myers Middle School
Thursday, February 18 - DeRenne Middle School
