BOSTON (AP) - For the second time in less than a year, the streets of Boston will be turned into a mobile party.
Boston Mayor Tom Menino tells WBZ-AM radio that a "rolling rally" to honor the NBA champion Boston Celtics will be held at 11 a.m. (Eastern) tomorrow.
It's expected to start at the TD Banknorth Garden, where the Celtics clinched their 17th crown last night with a dominating win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The city has held the "rolling rallies" on World War II-era amphibious vehicles to celebrate championships from the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
The last one was on October 30th, after the Red Sox completed a four-game sweep of the Colorado Rockies in the World Series.
