Head football coach Mike Martin reveals secrets behind Windsor’s football technique.  Keeping his boys on a strict schedule is only one aspect.  Though the boys aren’t a two-a-day team, they make up for it with four intense practices a week. 

Monday and Tuesday, the full-pad days, aren’t everyone’s favorite days, but they’re the most productive. 

Wednesday is more of a short practice with mental prep, review, and repetition. 

With all of the physical days out of the way, Thursday is more of a light practice day or a JV game day. 

Out of all the days, game day is the most anticipated.  Letting the excitement build throughout the school day on Friday gets the players pumped!
